Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs
- 4 chicken drumsticks
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Dredge the chicken pieces in flour, shaking off any excess.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the chicken on all sides, then transfer to a plate and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté the onion, garlic, and bell peppers until softened.
