Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs
- 4 chicken drumsticks
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 cup dry red wine
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary

Instructions
- Season the chicken thighs and drumsticks with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Brown the chicken pieces on all sides, then remove from the pot and set aside.
- Add the chopped onion to the pot and cook until softened, then add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
- Pour in the wine and let it simmer for a few minutes to reduce slightly.

- Return the chicken pieces to the pot, nestling them into the sauce. Cover and simmer for 45-50 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
