Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 teaspoon Sardinian saffron threads
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chicken thighs and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 5 minutes per side. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and garlic. Cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
