Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons guayusa leaves
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add the guayusa leaves, remove from heat, and let steep for 5 minutes. Strain and set aside.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, cumin, and paprika.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
