Ingredients
- 4 large bell peppers
- 1 lb ground meat (beef or pork)
- 1 cup cooked rice

- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground meat, cooked rice, onion, garlic, diced tomatoes, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the bell peppers with the meat and rice mixture.
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Place the stuffed peppers in the pot.
- Pour the beef or vegetable broth over the peppers.
- Cover the pot and simmer for 1 hour, or until the peppers are tender.
