Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 slices provolone cheese, cut into small cubes
- 2 cups marinara sauce
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Take a small amount of the meat mixture and flatten it in the palm of your hand. Place a cube of provolone cheese in the center and shape the meat around it to form a meatball. Repeat with the remaining meat mixture and cheese.
- In a large skillet, heat the marinara sauce over medium heat. Carefully place the meatballs in the sauce, making sure they are submerged. Cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through.
