Ingredients
- 1 kg octopus, cleaned and tenderized
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix the minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the octopus with the marinade mixture.
