Ingredients
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, breadcrumbs, green onions, soy sauce, and half of the crushed pineapple. Mix until well combined, then form into meatballs.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides.
- In a small bowl, mix the BBQ sauce, garlic powder, ground ginger, black pepper, and the remaining crushed pineapple. Pour the mixture over the meatballs in the skillet.
- Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
