Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, breadcrumbs, green onions, soy sauce, and half of the crushed pineapple. Mix until well combined, then form into meatballs.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the BBQ sauce, garlic powder, ground ginger, black pepper, and the remaining crushed pineapple. Pour the mixture over the meatballs in the skillet.
