Pomeranian Plum Jam (Pomeranian Dżem śliwkowy)

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, combine the chopped plums, sugar, and lemon juice.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly until the sugar has dissolved.
  3. Reduce the heat to low and simmer the jam for 1 hour, stirring occasionally, until it thickens.
  4. Remove the pot from the heat and let the jam cool for 10 minutes.
  5. Pour the jam into sterilized jars and seal them tightly.
  6. Allow the jam to cool to room temperature before refrigerating.
