Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Score the surface of the ham with a sharp knife in a diamond pattern.

  5. Bake the ham in the preheated oven for about 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 140°F (60°C), basting with the glaze every 30 minutes.
  6. Once cooked, remove the ham from the oven and let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
