Ingredients

  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • 4 ripe plantains
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup pondu (cassava leaves)
  • 1 cup water
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the tilapia fillets with salt and pepper, then grill for 5-6 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  3. Peel the plantains and cut them into diagonal slices.
