Ingredients
- 4 tilapia fillets
- 4 ripe plantains

- 1 cup pondu (cassava leaves)
- 1 cup water
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the tilapia fillets with salt and pepper, then grill for 5-6 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Peel the plantains and cut them into diagonal slices.
- In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat and fry the plantain slices until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.

- Add the pondu and water, then simmer for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
