Ingredients
- 10 rice papers
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup ghee (clarified butter)
- 1/4 cup finely chopped nuts (cashews, almonds, pistachios)
Instructions
- Heat a non-stick pan on low heat and roast the rice papers until they turn crisp. Be careful not to burn them.
- Once the rice papers are crisp, remove them from the pan and let them cool.
- In a separate pan, heat the ghee and add the finely chopped nuts. Roast the nuts until they turn golden brown.
- Take the roasted rice papers and spread a thin layer of powdered sugar on one side.
- Place a small amount of the roasted nuts mixture on the sugar-coated side of the rice paper.
- Roll the rice paper gently, ensuring the nuts are enclosed inside, to form a cylindrical shape.
- Repeat the process for the remaining rice papers.
