Ingredients

  • 10 rice papers
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup ghee (clarified butter)

Instructions

  1. Heat a non-stick pan on low heat and roast the rice papers until they turn crisp. Be careful not to burn them.
  2. Once the rice papers are crisp, remove them from the pan and let them cool.
  3. In a separate pan, heat the ghee and add the finely chopped nuts. Roast the nuts until they turn golden brown.
  4. Take the roasted rice papers and spread a thin layer of powdered sugar on one side.
  5. Place a small amount of the roasted nuts mixture on the sugar-coated side of the rice paper.
  6. Roll the rice paper gently, ensuring the nuts are enclosed inside, to form a cylindrical shape.
  7. Repeat the process for the remaining rice papers.
