Ingredients
- 12 popiah skins
- 200g jicama, julienned
- 100g carrots, julienned
- 100g French beans, julienned

- 100g peanuts, crushed
- 1 head of lettuce, leaves separated
- Popiah sauce
Instructions
- Prepare all the ingredients and set them out in individual bowls for easy assembly.
- Place a popiah skin on a clean, flat surface.
- Layer the ingredients in the center of the popiah skin, starting with the lettuce leaves, followed by the jicama, carrots, French beans, tofu, bean sprouts, omelette, and crushed peanuts.
- Drizzle popiah sauce over the ingredients.
- Roll up the popiah, tucking in the sides as you go, similar to a burrito.
- Cut the popiah into smaller pieces and serve immediately.
