Ingredients
- 2 lbs pork belly, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1 head garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon whole peppercorns
- 3 pieces bay leaves
- 1 cup water
- 3 tablespoons cooking oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the pork belly, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, peppercorns, and bay leaves. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat the cooking oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the marinated pork and cook until lightly browned.
