Pork and Potato Stew with Dill (Cūkgaļas un kartupeļu mērce ar dilles)

Ingredients

  • 500g pork shoulder, diced
  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
