Ingredients
- 500g pork shoulder, diced
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the pork over medium heat.
- Add the onions and garlic, and cook until softened.
- Sprinkle the flour over the pork mixture and stir to coat.
- Pour in the broth and add the potatoes. Bring to a simmer and cook for 45 minutes, or until the pork and potatoes are tender.
- Stir in the sour cream and dill, and season with salt and pepper.
