Pork Chilli Fry

Ingredients
- 500g pork, cut into small pieces
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 4-5 green chilies, slit
- 1 inch ginger, finely chopped
- 4-5 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tomato, finely chopped
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions until golden brown.
- Add the ginger and garlic, and sauté for a few minutes.
- Add the pork pieces and cook until they turn brown.
- Stir in the tomatoes, green chilies, and all the spices. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Add a little water, cover the pan, and let the pork cook until tender.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
