Pork Chilli Fry

Ingredients

  • 500g pork, cut into small pieces
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 4-5 green chilies, slit
  • 1 inch ginger, finely chopped
  • 4-5 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tomato, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions until golden brown.
  2. Add the ginger and garlic, and sauté for a few minutes.
  3. Add the pork pieces and cook until they turn brown.
  4. Stir in the tomatoes, green chilies, and all the spices. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Add a little water, cover the pan, and let the pork cook until tender.
  6. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
