Ingredients
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 20 pieces wonton wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the ground pork, garlic, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper.
- Place a small amount of the pork mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
- Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, then fold it in half to form a triangle, pressing the edges to seal.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the dumplings until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the dumplings from the oil and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
