Ingredients
- 1.5 kg pork ribs
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F).
- Place the pork ribs in a roasting pan and season with salt and pepper.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the ribs and rub to coat evenly.
- Cover the roasting pan with foil and bake for 1.5 hours.
- Remove the foil, brush the ribs with barbecue sauce, and bake for an additional 30 minutes, basting with more sauce every 10 minutes.
- Once the ribs are tender and caramelized, remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
