Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F).
  2. Place the pork ribs in a roasting pan and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil over the ribs and rub to coat evenly.
  4. Cover the roasting pan with foil and bake for 1.5 hours.
  5. Remove the foil, brush the ribs with barbecue sauce, and bake for an additional 30 minutes, basting with more sauce every 10 minutes.
  6. Once the ribs are tender and caramelized, remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
