Ingredients
- 500g pork, cut into cubes
- 4-5 Naga King Chilies (Raja Mircha), finely chopped
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons mustard oil
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Heat mustard oil in a pan and add the chopped onion. Sauté until golden brown.
- Add the ginger and garlic paste, and sauté for a few minutes.
- Add the pork cubes and cook until they are browned on all sides.
- Add the chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the finely chopped Naga King Chilies (Raja Mircha) and cook for another 10-15 minutes until the pork is tender and the flavors are well combined.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with steamed rice.
