Ingredients
- 500g ground reindeer meat

- 4 burger buns

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the ground reindeer meat, chopped onion, lingonberry jam, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the burger patties for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
- Toast the burger buns in the skillet for a minute or until lightly golden.
- Assemble the burgers by placing a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each bun, followed by a cooked reindeer patty. Add sliced cheese if desired, and cover with the top half of the bun.
