Porthleven Prawn Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 300g cooked prawns
  • 1 iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 2 ripe tomatoes, diced
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped

  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
