Ingredients
- 1 lb pork loin, thinly sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 crusty bread rolls
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup white wine
Instructions

- Pour in the white wine and simmer for 5-7 minutes, allowing the alcohol to evaporate and the sauce to thicken.
- Split the bread rolls and fill each with the cooked pork slices. Spoon some of the pan sauce over the pork.
