Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes, boiled and mashed

  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, chopped onion, green chilies, bread crumbs, cumin seeds, garam masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well to form a uniform mixture.
  2. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into round patties or cutlets.
  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, carefully place the cutlets in the pan and fry until they turn golden brown and crispy on both sides.
  4. Remove the cutlets from the pan and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
