Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes, boiled and mashed
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, chopped onion, green chilies, bread crumbs, cumin seeds, garam masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well to form a uniform mixture.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into round patties or cutlets.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, carefully place the cutlets in the pan and fry until they turn golden brown and crispy on both sides.
- Remove the cutlets from the pan and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
