Ingredients

Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the grated potatoes, flour, and beaten egg to form a dough.

- In a pot of boiling salted water, cook the dumplings for about 10 minutes or until they float to the surface.
- In a skillet, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove the bacon from the skillet and set aside, leaving the bacon fat in the skillet.
- Add the sauerkraut to the skillet with the bacon fat and cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Once the dumplings are cooked, drain them and serve with the cooked sauerkraut and crispy bacon on top. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
