Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes, grated
  • 1 onion, grated
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 burger patties
  • 4 burger buns
  • Lettuce, tomato, and condiments for serving

Instructions
