Ingredients
- 2 pre-made pizza crusts
- 2 large potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 cup poppy seeds
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2-3 green chilies, finely chopped

- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- In a pan, dry roast the poppy seeds until they turn slightly golden and aromatic. Grind them into a fine paste using a food processor or mortar and pestle.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan and add the chopped onions. Sauté until they turn translucent.
- Add the green chilies, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook for a few minutes.
- Stir in the poppy seed paste and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the mixture thickens. Remove from heat and let it cool.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Spread the poppy seed paste evenly on the pre-made pizza crusts.
- Arrange the thinly sliced potatoes on top of the poppy seed paste.
- Bake the pizzas in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the potatoes are cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.
