Ingredients

  • 6 large potatoes, peeled and grated
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 200g bacon, diced
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the grated potatoes, chopped onion, diced bacon, eggs, and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and smooth the top.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the top is golden brown and the pudding is set.
