Ingredients
- 6 large potatoes, peeled and grated
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 200g bacon, diced
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large bowl, mix together the grated potatoes, chopped onion, diced bacon, eggs, and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and smooth the top.
