Potbelly Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 3 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
