Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the grated ginger, minced garlic, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, lime zest, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken breasts to the marinade and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and cook in the skillet for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
