Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 ripe pineapple, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Rub the mixture over the chicken breasts.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and grill marks appear. Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
- In a medium bowl, combine the diced pineapple, red bell pepper, red onion, jalapeno, cilantro, lime juice, and salt to make the salsa.
