Poulet Okra (chicken And Okra Stir-fry)

Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 lb fresh okra, trimmed and sliced
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Sauté until the onion is soft and translucent.
  3. Add the chicken pieces to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides.
  4. Stir in the sliced okra, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the okra is tender.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Remove from heat and serve the Poulet Okra hot with steamed rice or fufu.
