Pounded Yam Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of pounded yam
  • 1 cup of tomato sauce
  • 1 cup of mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup of sliced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup of sliced onions
  • 1/2 cup of sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup of sliced olives
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon of dried basil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Spread the pounded yam on a pizza pan to form the crust.
