Ingredients
- 24 round dumpling wrappers
- 1 cup cheese curds
- 1 cup cooked french fries, chopped
- 1/2 cup beef gravy
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cheese curds, chopped french fries, and beef gravy.
- Place a small spoonful of the filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper.
- Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, then fold and pleat to seal the potstickers.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Place the potstickers in the skillet and cook until the bottoms are golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add 1/4 cup of water to the skillet, cover, and steam the potstickers for 5 minutes.
- Uncover and continue cooking until the water has evaporated and the potstickers are crispy on the bottom.
- Serve hot with additional gravy for dipping.
