Prawn And Pineapple Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 200g prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onion and minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add prawns and cook until they turn pink and opaque.
  4. Push the prawns to one side of the pan, and pour the beaten eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs until cooked through.
  5. Add cooked rice, pineapple chunks, soy sauce, and fish sauce to the pan. Stir-fry for a few minutes until everything is heated through.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Remove from heat and serve hot.
