Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 200g prawns, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
- Add prawns and cook until they turn pink and opaque.
- Push the prawns to one side of the pan, and pour the beaten eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs until cooked through.
- Add cooked rice, pineapple chunks, soy sauce, and fish sauce to the pan. Stir-fry for a few minutes until everything is heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
