Ingredients
- 200g prawns, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped spring onions
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, water, turmeric powder, chili paste, salt, and sugar to form a smooth batter.
- Add the prawns and chopped spring onions to the batter, and mix well to ensure the prawns are coated evenly.
