Ingredients
- 500g large prawns, deveined and shells removed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped

- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 400ml coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and red chili to the pan. Sauté until the onion is soft and translucent.
- Stir in the paprika, ground cumin, and turmeric, and cook for another minute to release the flavors.
- Pour in the coconut milk and bring the sauce to a gentle simmer.
- Add the prawns to the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until they are pink and cooked through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and sprinkle with fresh cilantro before serving.
