Ingredients
- 500g prawns, peeled and deveined
- 5 shallots
- 3 cloves garlic
- 10 dried red chilies, soaked in hot water
- 2 tablespoons tamarind paste
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Grind the shallots, garlic, and soaked red chilies into a smooth paste.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan and sauté the spice paste until fragrant.
