Prokletije Mountain Lamb Kebabs

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Wooden or metal skewers

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the chopped onion, minced garlic, olive oil, red wine vinegar, paprika, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create the marinade.
