Protein Bar Peanut Butter

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts or seeds
  • 1/4 cup dried fruit
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the oats, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, protein powder, nuts or seeds, dried fruit, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture into a lined baking dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  3. Cut into bars and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
