Protein Bar Peanut Butter

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts or seeds
- 1/4 cup dried fruit
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the oats, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, protein powder, nuts or seeds, dried fruit, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
- Press the mixture into a lined baking dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
- Cut into bars and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
