Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a cake pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the honey, almond milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
