Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound them to an even thickness.
- Set up three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with salt and pepper.
- Dredge each chicken breast in the flour, then dip into the eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
