Ingredients

Instructions
- In a saucepan, soak the tapioca pearls in the coconut milk for 30 minutes.

- Remove from heat and let the pudding cool for 10 minutes.
- Divide the pudding into serving bowls and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
