Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1 cup fresh coriander leaves
- 2-3 green chilies
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Water, as needed
Instructions
- Wash the mint and coriander leaves thoroughly and drain any excess water.
- In a blender, combine the mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilies, chopped onion, cumin seeds, sugar, lemon juice, and salt.
- Add a little water to facilitate blending and blend until smooth.
- Transfer the chutney to a serving bowl and adjust the seasoning if needed.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
