Ingredients

  • 100g palm sugar, grated
  • 2 packets of agar-agar powder
  • 400ml water

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine the coconut milk, agar-agar powder, and water. Stir well.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  3. Once it boils, reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Pour the mixture into molds and let it cool to room temperature. Then, refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  5. To make the palm sugar syrup, heat the grated palm sugar with a little water in a saucepan until it thickens into a syrup consistency.
