Ingredients
- 400ml coconut milk
- 100g palm sugar, grated
- 2 packets of agar-agar powder
- 400ml water
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine the coconut milk, agar-agar powder, and water. Stir well.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Once it boils, reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Pour the mixture into molds and let it cool to room temperature. Then, refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
- To make the palm sugar syrup, heat the grated palm sugar with a little water in a saucepan until it thickens into a syrup consistency.
- Serve the coconut milk pudding with the palm sugar syrup drizzled on top.
