Ingredients
- 3 lbs pork shoulder
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 12 bao buns
- 1 cup pickled onions
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F.
- In a small bowl, mix the minced garlic, oregano, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a spice rub.
- Score the pork shoulder and rub the spice mixture all over the meat.
- Place the pork shoulder in a roasting pan and pour the orange juice and lime juice over it.
