Ingredients

  • 4 cups puffed rice
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tomato, finely chopped
  • 2-3 green chilies, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1/4 cup peanuts
  • 1/4 cup sev (crispy chickpea noodles)
  • 1/4 cup grated coconut
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp chaat masala

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the puffed rice, chopped onion, tomato, green chilies, coriander leaves, peanuts, sev, and grated coconut.
  2. Add the lemon juice, salt, red chili powder, and chaat masala. Toss everything together until well combined.
  3. Divide the mixture into serving bowls and garnish with extra coriander leaves and sev if desired.
