Ingredients
- 4 cups puffed rice
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 tomato, finely chopped
- 2-3 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh coriander leaves, chopped
- 1/4 cup peanuts
- 1/4 cup sev (crispy chickpea noodles)
- 1/4 cup grated coconut
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp chaat masala
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the puffed rice, chopped onion, tomato, green chilies, coriander leaves, peanuts, sev, and grated coconut.
- Add the lemon juice, salt, red chili powder, and chaat masala. Toss everything together until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into serving bowls and garnish with extra coriander leaves and sev if desired.
