Ingredients
- 2 cups puffed rice
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 tomato, finely chopped
- 1 cucumber, finely chopped
- 1 green chili, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves, chopped
- 1/4 cup peanuts, roasted
- 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the puffed rice, chopped onion, tomato, cucumber, green chili, and coriander leaves.
- Add the roasted peanuts, chaat masala, red chili powder, lemon juice, and salt to the bowl.
- Toss everything together until well combined.
- Divide the salad into serving bowls and garnish with additional coriander leaves if desired.
