Ingredients

  • 2 cups puffed rice
  • 1 onion, finely chopped

  • 1 cucumber, finely chopped
  • 1 green chili, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1/4 cup peanuts, roasted
  • 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the puffed rice, chopped onion, tomato, cucumber, green chili, and coriander leaves.
  2. Add the roasted peanuts, chaat masala, red chili powder, lemon juice, and salt to the bowl.
  3. Toss everything together until well combined.
  4. Divide the salad into serving bowls and garnish with additional coriander leaves if desired.
