Ingredients
- 1 whole puffin, cleaned and gutted
- 2 cups potatoes, diced
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat a large pot over medium heat.
- Season the puffin with salt and pepper, then sear it in the pot until browned on all sides.
- Add the butter, onion, and garlic to the pot, and sauté until the onion is translucent.
- Pour in the white wine and let it simmer for a few minutes.
- Add the potatoes, carrots, and chicken broth to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 45 minutes, or until the puffin is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
- Serve the Puffin Paradise hot, with a side of crusty bread.
