Ingredients

  • 1 whole puffin, cleaned and gutted
  • 2 cups potatoes, diced

Instructions

  1. Preheat a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Season the puffin with salt and pepper, then sear it in the pot until browned on all sides.
  3. Add the butter, onion, and garlic to the pot, and sauté until the onion is translucent.
  4. Pour in the white wine and let it simmer for a few minutes.
  5. Add the potatoes, carrots, and chicken broth to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 45 minutes, or until the puffin is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
  6. Serve the Puffin Paradise hot, with a side of crusty bread.
