Puffin Pâté

Ingredients

  • 1 cup diced puffin meat
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

  8. Transfer the pâté to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
