Puffin Pâté (Lundi pâté)

Ingredients

  • 200g puffin meat
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 100g butter
  • 100ml heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a pan, sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic in butter until softened.
  2. Add the puffin meat to the pan and cook until browned.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and let the mixture simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a food processor and blend until smooth.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Transfer the pâté to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
