Ingredients
- 200g puffin meat
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 100g butter
- 100ml heavy cream

Instructions

- Add the puffin meat to the pan and cook until browned.
- Pour in the heavy cream and let the mixture simmer for 10 minutes.
- Transfer the mixture to a food processor and blend until smooth.
